TRAINING COURSES

ezyHR was designed so that the normally competent PC user could install and use it with no trouble at all. But if you are a complete beginner or you are a novice with computers, you may benefit from a training course in how to install and set up your HR system. Whilst we are HR specialists, we do not field a team of HR Consultants, but we can probably put you in touch with a Consultant in your area who can help you set up your system.

PRODUCT UPDATES

Occasionally we issue program updates or fixes for ezyHR to correct an error condition.

 

All updates come as a zip file. Inside the zip file will be an Instructions.txt file. Please follow the instructions specific to that update.

Support Service for ezyHR is available through Email in pre paid blocks of time, which may be purchased from our website. (See Terms of Business). Please ensure that you have subscribed for the service before submitting your problem, using this link support .

We only support the current version of the product, so make sure that you have also subscribed to the Annual Maintenance Service (see below).

Annual Maintenance

Annual MaintenanceEnsure that your ezyHR system stays up to date and error free by subscribing to the Annual Maintenance Service.
