With this powerful ezyHR feature, you can change the content of any repetitive field in your HR database, without being at all technical! For example, by creating a new update definition, you could use it to apply a 5% increase to the hourly pay rate for every employee, (or just the selected employees). Or, if you got a better quote for the Company Healthcare Fund, update all the employee records with the new fund name at the touch of a button. Easy!
